The venue is newly decorated, fairly clean and the location is good close to Sant Cugat business area, the business park next to the train station San Joan and shops. The staff are super-friendly and consistently courteous, managed the parking onsite.

Stayed in a cozy double room with a really nice shower 💦. It was just for sleeping, but we enjoyed it a lot.

the breakfast was satisfactory with fresh offerings and had something for everyone.

Suitable place for a trip in Sant Cugat del Vallès! Free Wi-Fi was a nice addition. Barcelona-El Prat airport was hardly 30 minutes away by car...

This place is incredibly comfortable and has a fantastic location close to Barcelona city center, be sure to book a standard twin room with coffee machines, modern bathrooms, and tea.

Convenient Location

Long wait at the check-in. Very expensive parking, and poor atmosphere in restaurant.

Cozy triple room with a super comfy bed, central heating to keep you warm 🔥, TV with plenty of channels for entertainment, and a handy study table for getting work done.

Room was clean and very quiet. Comfortable bed and pillows. Air con was simple to use. Good hot constant shower. Nice roomy ice cold mini bar, big enough to store my own drinks. Was lucky enough to have a view of the pool, rather than the busy road out the front. Wi-fi connection was good, and free. I negotiated a free late check out of 3pm, which was an absolute luxury and much appreciated. Was 37 euros by taxi from the airport to the hotel. I expected it to be a lot more. I got charged for breakfast but this was quickly corrected with no argument.

Not the best location if you're planning on sightseeing Barcelona centre. It can be done by train, as the nearest station is yards away, but a bit of a jaunt if you're there for one night. I wasn't there to sightsee so it wasn't a problem for me. I read the hotel facilities and researched before I booked so there were no surprises. I knew what to expect. There is really nothing around the hotel, to eat, drink, nightlife etc. But a train or taxi to Sant Cugat was simple enough. Could do with tea/coffee making facilities (us Brits abroad like our tea in the morning!) Being out of the touristy city the staff did not speak good English but it was fun trying to make myself understood... what is Spanish for ice bucket (I got given a cup of ice to start with)!! I left it late to book so paid a lot for what was a bit better than a Premier Inn. But over all I was happy with my stay.

Airco does not work in entire hotel except lobby; seems not to get fixed

Clean and spacious rooms, friendly staff, convenient location for visiting Barcelona, close to local rail transport, hotel bar with light meals and appetizers.

Felt at home instantly, no complaints.

I had room service and the food was terrible, so bad I couldn't eat it. When I checked out I had to stand in line for 20 mins waiting. Only one person on the desk very slow and it was early morning so there were many people checking out.
